• Story content: Text, titles, excerpts, and cover images you submit

3. Anonymous Stories

When you post a story as anonymous, your name and profile picture are never shown publicly. However, we internally retain your userId linked to that story for the following reasons:

• To allow you to edit or delete your own anonymous stories
• To comply with legal obligations under Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018)
• To investigate reports of harmful or illegal content if required by law or court order

Your identity as the author of an anonymous story will never be disclosed to other users. It may only be revealed to legal authorities under a valid court order.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the platform
• To display your public profile on non-anonymous content
• To send you notifications about your stories and account
• To detect and prevent abuse, spam, or illegal content

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a story, all associated likes, comments, flags, and reading sessions are also permanently deleted. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk — Authentication and identity management
• Convex — Database and backend infrastructure

These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.

7. Your Rights

Under Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable
